The tenancy offers
Water, electricity, independent heating, tv, lift, kitchenette with microwave oven and hot plate, provided with crockery and cleaning tools, blanket, bed and bathroom linen, toilet paper only at the arrival, washing machine, dryer and ironing table in common room in the basement reachable with the lift,non-monitored parking space in the house garden until the places run out, common living room availability at the ground floor.
The apartment cleaning service, excluding the kitchenette, is obligatory on Friday or Saturday, from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. The cleaning agents enter freely and change the bed and bathroom linen.

The tenancy doesn't offer
Telephone, kitchen and bathroom products, kitchen and table linen, electric iron.

Small pets used to living in a condominium context are accepted
Smoking is forbidden in indoor spaces (art. 1 legge n° 584 dell’11.11.1975 e s.m.i.).

Useful stay informations
There are smoke detectors in each room: be careful not to create smoke from the hot plate.

Kitchen

• Do not put metallic objects and do not pour water into the microwave.
• Clean both the microwave and the hot plate with a moist cloth and non-scraping products.
• Before leaving, turn off the fridge and keep the shutter open; please clean the kitchenette properly.

Differentiated waste disposal

• Wet waste (food waste): green bin under under the kitchen sink – put it outside the Casa G. Palazzolo gate on Monday and on Friday after 8 pm. Please take him back the following day within 9:30 am.
• Undifferentiated: brown bin under the kitchen sink – the bag has to be put everyday in the proper bin in the garden.
• Paper, plastic and glass: put them in the proper bin in the garden.

Cleaning equipment

• On the first, second and third floor landing in the proper closet there's the equipment to clean your apartment, except cleaning products.
• The equipment to clean 0B apartment, situated on the ground floor, are in the under-stair cupboard

Laundrette

• There are a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing table (electric iron not available) in the basement which can be reached by lift
• We ask our guests to use the washing machine and the dryer only if they're fully loaded, in order to avoid wastefulnesses; we also recommend to collect the linen when the washing machine or the dryer end their cycle: other people may need to use them.

 

The stool in the bathroom can be used as a stepladder too: please do not step on chairs and armchairs.
In case of malfunctions please ask the cleaning agents or type n9 on the telephone in the ground floor hall.
In case of HEALTH EMERGENCIES call 112 (there's only one emergency number).
